Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Silicon Valley Services Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not participate in the Program.
Eligibility
The Program is open to Canadian residents who are at least 18 years of age. No purchase is required to participate.
How the Program Works
Referrer: The person submitting the referral.
Referred Client: The new client referred to Silicon Valley Services.
To qualify for the $200 gift card:
- The referred client must sign a managed service contract with Silicon Valley Services.
- The referred client must complete the full onboarding process.
- After the onboarding process is complete and the contract is finalized, we will contact the Referrer to confirm the delivery or drop-off address for the $200 gift card.
Payment of Reward
The $200 gift card will be issued to the Referrer once all conditions are met, as determined solely by Silicon Valley Services. Delivery will be arranged at the provided address or location.
Use of Information for Promotions
By participating in the Program, you grant Silicon Valley Services permission to use your name, likeness, and a photo (if provided by you) for promotional purposes related to the Program across our network of websites and marketing channels, without further compensation or approval.
No Purchase Necessary
Participation in the Referral Program does not require any purchase or payment from referrer.
Modifications and Termination
Silicon Valley Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silicon Valley Services will not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your participation in the Program.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
